Continuously reassessing what we did in the past by introducing fresh minds is the only way to continue to stimulate innovation, which is why we invest in young people. Most of our people joined the group directly after their studies and today we continue to offer entry paths for graduates through alternating school-work or apprenticeship and through thesis in the company, internship or graduated program.
