Working in the manufacturing industry may not be easy, and there would be no point in worrying about the environment if we did not worry about the people who live in it. That's why we invest in training, we encourage people with welfare plans, we invest in team building and in a work environment that brings well-being to the individual as well as the community. Supplementary insurance, places of training at university level, conditioning and care of all possible environments, as well as state-of-the-art safety systems are just some of the initiatives we have undertaken for the welfare of our team.
AMF’S MONTESSORI SCHOOL: THERE FOR WORKING PARENTS
In today’s complex society, work-life balance is still challenging, especially for women. That’s why AMF has decided to look ahead and create a school for its employees and the community within which the company was established and works. Nautilus Montessori School is an authentic bilingual (Italian-English) Montessori school for children aged 0 to 6 years that meets the needs of today’s children and families. The first school opened in September 2024 in Bassano del Grappa, near Vicenza, Italy, close to AMF’s headquarters.
CERTIFIED SAFETY
Safety is a fundamental value. It means respecting people and creating an even more stimulating and creative working environment, thanks to the serenity provided by rigorous procedures. In addition to the strategic choice of automated plants to separate people from dangerous processes, the group's commitment is confirmed by the adoption of the structured management system according to UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.
