That's why we invest in training, we encourage people with welfare plans, we invest in team building and in a work environment that brings well-being to the individual as well as the community. Supplementary insurance, places of training at university level, conditioning and care of all possible environments, as well as state-of-the-art safety systems are just some of the initiatives we have undertaken for the welfare of our team.

In addition to the strategic choice of automated plants to separate people from dangerous processes, the group's commitment is confirmed by the adoption of the structured management system according to UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.
